The purpose of the complex film is to preserve the fragrance before use and enable its gradual release during application.
The barrier function is provided by the PVAL film contained within the complex structure, whose unique properties allow for maximum barrier performance.
During use in the dishwasher, the PVAL film dissolves and releases the fragrance in a controlled and progressive manner. This controlled diffusion is ensured by the remaining specialty film, helping to maximize the number of washing cycles.
A special adhesive is used to bond the two films together, preserving the package appearance while preventing delamination caused by fragrance migration or air bubbles between the PVAL film and the specialty film.
Finally, unlike many other complex films that require specific temperature conditioning before use, the SOLTEC complex film requires no pre-conditioning and can be used immediately.

APPLICATIONS
The dishwasher fragrance diffuser is automatically activated once the protective PVOH film dissolves during the first wash cycle.
The water-soluble complex film is compatible with a wide range of fragrances and can also be used for home fragrance applications.
